1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Drillfecon's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Drillfecon provides professional moving and loading services including:

• Residential moving services
• Commercial loading and relocation
• Heavy equipment transport
• Warehouse and logistics solutions

3. Booking and Quotes

3.1 Estimates

All quotes provided are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final costs may vary based on actual service requirements, distance, and additional services requested.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

Services are confirmed upon receipt of signed agreement and required deposit. Booking confirmations will be provided in writing.

4. Payment Terms

• Deposit may be required for certain services
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, certified cheque, and major credit cards
• Additional charges may apply for services beyond the original scope

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate inventory and service requirements
• Ensuring access to pickup and delivery locations
• Securing permits if required for parking or building access
• Declaring valuable or fragile items in advance
• Being present or having an authorized representative present during service

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Insurance Coverage

Drillfecon carries comprehensive liability insurance. Basic coverage is included in all services, with additional coverage options available.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the declared value of items or our insurance coverage limits, whichever is lower. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.

6.3 Claims

Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 30 days of service completion with supporting documentation.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before scheduled service: No charge
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before service: 50% of estimated cost
• Cancellations less than 24 hours: Full estimated cost
• Weather-related cancellations initiated by Drillfecon: No charge

8. Prohibited Items

We cannot transport:

• Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, toxic substances)
• Perishable items without proper arrangements
• Live animals or plants
• Personal documents, jewelry, or cash (customer responsibility)
• Illegal substances or contraband

9. Force Majeure

Drillfecon is not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or labor disputes.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.

12. Changes to Terms

Drillfecon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the effective date.
